Evaluate and justify resource additions based on ROI, productivity impact, and operational necessity to avoid unnecessary expenses. Address underperformance by initiating improvement plans or replacements as needed. Establish measurable criteria such as efficiency metrics, quality output, and cost reduction impact for decision-making. Monitor new or replacement staff performance to ensure tangible improvements. Align resource planning with company budgets and strategic goals.
