We are looking for a motivated Discord Sales Executive to join our fast-growing digital agency. In this role, you will focus on researching and identifying potential B2B graphic design leads across various platforms including Twitch, Discord, Bluesky, DeviantArt, Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your work will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and supporting the sales team in closing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify and generate potential graphic design leads from multiple social media and online communities.
- Qualify leads based on established company criteria to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine and optimize outreach strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Independently manage the lead closing process when required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in lead generation, business development, or a related field.
- Strong research skills with familiarity in lead generation tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage prospects effectively.
- Proven ability to independently close leads and meet targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working within a digital agency environment is an advantage.
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to PKR 60,000 per month, with a 10% commission and additional performance incentives (spiffs).
- Full-time position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
