You need to have - Graphic Designer:
· Solve problems creatively and effectively, Perform a job with little or no guidance.
· Create corporate branding, Logo Designs. Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
· Think creatively and develop new design concepts, stationery design, brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media ads, banners, and roll-up stands.
· Possession of creative flair, conceptual/visual ability and originality
· Very Good Aesthetics and creation of compelling designs.
· Ability and experience to take UI/UX design from ideation to production.
· Should have a working knowledge of user journeys.
· Very good working knowledge and experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
· Good understanding of material design guidelines.
· Should understand corporate branding guidelines
· Ready Portfolio of previous work
You need to have – Web Developer:
· Strong understanding of Wordpess customization and plug-in editing
· Good understanding of Wordpress Codex, Custom post type, Custom taxonomy and Custom fields
· Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
· Advanced knowledge of WordPress
· Strong understanding of Woo Commerce
· Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML) a plus
· Knowledge of change control systems, specifically Git, a plus
· CMS proficiencies including Wordpress
· HTML/HTML5
· CSS/CSS3
· PHP
· Responsive/mobile frameworks and cross-browser and device compatibility
· Web User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design and development
· JavaScript or other Java-based frameworks, such as Angular or React
· Working knowledge of Bootstrap.
· Ready Portfolio of previous work
Our ideal candidate should have:
· At least 1 year of experience and have portfolio.
· Excellent skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
· A keen eye for aesthetics and details Professionalism regarding time and deadlines.
· Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or other visual design and Web Development tools.
· Be up-to-date with the latest Web and Print trends, techniques, and technologies.
