Job Details:
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to our clients.
- Support client onboarding process for all assigned client engagements in accordance with defined process.
- Compile and organize data provided by clients, such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
- Record financial transactions and post the appropriate journal entries within accounting system.
- Reconcile accounts on time and recommend, and implement actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintains accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Make adjusting entries where necessary and as advised by managing accountant.
- Comply with accounting standards and ethics.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Coordinate with the International colleagues and other business lines, as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, ICMA (1-2 Semester) or related field with strong academic performance.
- 0-1 Year of Experience with Prior use of accounting software (preferred).
- Communication in English (there will be written and verbal test).
- Excel Test will be conducted.
