As an HR Manager, your role includes the entire hiring process, designing and implementing HR policies, shaping up the company strategy and ensuring we attract, hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
Job Description:
- Shortlist & hire the employees according to the company’s current profile.
- Maintain the database of new resumes.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide required administrative and human resource support
- Must be aware of markets hiring trends
- Ensuring all recruitment is being handled transparently and all positions are closed in time.
- Timing: 12 PM – 8 PM
Skills:
- 2-3 years of HR experience
- IT & Call Center hiring experience is preferred
- Outgoing personality, communication skills, HR experience in retail & employee engagement specialist
