As an HR Manager, your role includes the entire hiring process, designing and implementing HR policies, shaping up the company strategy and ensuring we attract, hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Job Description:

  • Shortlist & hire the employees according to the company’s current profile.
  • Maintain the database of new resumes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide required administrative and human resource support
  • Must be aware of markets hiring trends
  • Ensuring all recruitment is being handled transparently and all positions are closed in time.
  • Timing: 12 PM – 8 PM

Skills:

  • 2-3 years of HR experience
  • IT & Call Center hiring experience is preferred
  • Outgoing personality, communication skills, HR experience in retail &  employee engagement specialist
