- We are currently a team of 20 and are engaged in customer relations, online / digital marketing and data entry services.
- We are looking for an energetic, self-starter, hardworking and professioncal HR person who should have past experience of Human Resources Manager job in a DIGITAL MARKETING COMPANY.
- Roles include posting jobs on paid and non-paid job boards including Linkedin, facebook groups, whatsapp, rozee, indeed etc.
- Contact potential candidates through phone, linkedin, emails.
- Schedule interviews and followup to ensure candidates show up for interviews.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist for technical interviews.
- Create a back-up for all positions.
- Take care of Payroll, Tax calculations, training and competency and other office admin related work where needed.
Salary: 50K + (depending on the experience)
Location: PWD Road Islamabad
Timing: US Eastern Time Zone (5pm - 2am PST)
