Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 20 sales representatives to achieve sales objectives and enhance team performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presenting to closing deals ensuring that client needs are fully met.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on campaigns and product deliveries that support sales objectives.
- Train and support the sales team by providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and team performance in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships and maximize customer retention.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management illustrating progress against targets and areas for improvement.
- Participate in recruitment and development of sales personnel to build a competent and motivated team.
