General Responsibilities (but not limited to):
· Defining buying cycle and forecasting market trends in concerned categories for the successive years
· Identifying, Preparing and planning for each buying season
· Analyzing consumer behavior and recommending change in strategies accordingly
· Developing Planograms and display strategies and ensuring implementation
· Planning for risk mitigation and quality assurance for each lot
· Item and Vendor Selection
· Developing procedures for vendor evaluation
· Determine regional distribution of items’ quantities
· Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
· Vendor portfolio management: Cost and trade terms negotiation
· Planning for transit times for each location
· Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
· Present monthly financials and progress to Management
