For a UK based campaign, an experienced appointment scheduler / Web Chat Anaylst required who got an analytical approach to join its off-shore office in Karachi. Candidate must have some experience related to the same field and having strong Communication SkillsResponsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from Customers
- Book their Appointment with Engineers
- Send Reminder SMS Via System
- Have to be active on our response groups via Skype to communicate with Head office
- Manage our Engineer's Diaries
- Customer Support.
