DMSPLC is looking for an IT Support Technician (to provide remote assistance to client’s), with expertise in quick and accurate response to queries regarding IT troubleshooting.
The position requires a blend of experience in Microsoft Exchange server, Active directory, Hyper-V (Windows Server Virtualization), Networking, server based printing and other IT related solutions & troubleshooting.
The candidate will be responsible for attending calls, messages and email on our system, and complete client’s request/troubleshooting and complete the ticket generated in the system.
Also, it is required to use connect-wise (same as TeamViewer) to access clients’ computer whenever necessary and solve the queries.
Most important skill in this job is highly proficient English language (tickets would usually be generated from clients residing in USA, Australia and Canada).
