Responsible of all HR/Administrative function

  • Responsibilities of Receptionist.
  • Looking to HR function containing Job Analyzing, JD drafting, Documentation Regarding Recruitment, Screaming, Initial interviewing, Orientation, Training and development and employees’ record keeping.
  • Look after all the attendance matters of employees.
  • Responsible to prepare employees' monthly and weekly salaries.
  • Look after the performance analysation process  of employees.
  • Development polices, rules and regulation then implementation.
  • Latter drafting related to all concerned matters of administration (vehicles authority letters, transferred letter, delivery letter, vehicles booking, complain letter (KE, Telephone, Sewerage etc).
  • Look after all maintenance and renovation work of office premises.
