- Graduate from a recognized university
- Having minimum (3-5) years experience
- Managing (Letter of Credit / Shipping / Documentation) in Trading Company with a good working knowledge of all aspects of documentary credits ( ICC UCP600 ) and INCO Terms .
- Responsible for all Trade Documentation and Logistics matters including Proforma & Letter of Credit Check, requesting Amendments, BL & Commercial Invoice & Packing List check, Document Discrepancy resolution.
- Communicating with Local Shipping lines for Vessel delays / Container Detention Charges / Port Demurrages.
- Coordinate with Internal Sales Team and External Customers, Shipping Companies and Foreign Suppliers by providing timely status updates.
- Track Customer Orders & Prepare Weekly Analysis of Data and Reports to Management .
- Strong Spoken and Written Communication (skills in English) and Proven Ability to communicate with Foreign Suppliers.
- Proficiency in MS-Office (including Power Point).
- Strong organizational & analytical skills and should be able to problem solve, prioritize well, meet tight deadlines and be flexible.
