Assist Head of HR and Head of Operational Excellence in developing, coordinating, and managing data-driven, performance measures and programs to support ongoing operations. 

This includes:

  • Developing policies and procedures for timely collection of all performance measures;
  • Monitoring, validating and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each functional area;
  • Preparing periodic status of performance reports, including impact and outcome reviews;
  • Suggesting strategies for implementing new or improving existing performance measures.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation and management of effective leadership & employee development initiatives
