• Responsible for the development of quality store management, monitoring the quality of Team Member Trainings,
  • Coordination & delivery of new training system, complete knowledge of products and procedures,
  • Assessing the general operational needs of the stores and implement corrective trainings,
  • Aonduct train the trainer sessions and ensure the completion of all training levels/ courses, by the Store Managers and Team Members.
