Doorpey Logistics (DPL) looking for a sharp and driven individual to join its team as Dispatch Clerk. The individual will be expected to carry their own weight after an initial training period. Job Role
- Route Planning
- Generate, Update and Edit orders on Delivery Management System
- Coordinate Inter & Intra city transportation
- Freight forwarding plan
- Drafting monthly analytical operational reports with suggestions on improvement of operations
- Coordinate with delivery agents
- Keep track of Agent COD receivables
- Confirm customer addresses
- Keeping recipients up-to-date on their orders
- Ensuring adherence to lead times
Requirements/Skills
- Should be adept at Microsoft Office Suite
- Should have prior experience of operating a software
- Ability to read and comprehend English
- Should have sound knowledge of the logistics industry
