We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our travel agency as a Customer Support Representative The successful candidate will be responsible for both selling travel packages and providing exceptional customer support to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on travel packages, flights, and accommodations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up
- Offer travel advice and recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences
- Sell travel packages, flights, and accommodations to clients
- Resolve customer complaints and handle any issues that may arise during the travel booking process
- Keep updated on travel industry news and trends to offer informed advice to clients
- Maintain accurate client information and sales records in the company database
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or sales role
- Knowledge of travel industry and destinations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in travel or tourism is a plus
