Key Responsibilities
- As a member of Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Head of HR is responsible to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of IMDC/ANTH.
- Develop and Implement HR strategies for Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, OD, Training and Employee Relations.
- Continuously review and propose changes in HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a corporate culture and environment for Talent Management, Promoting employee performance through a merit driven result oriented mindset, employee development, career and succession planning.
- Induct HR best practices and processes to ensure that the organization’s Human Capital is its long term irreversible competitive advantage.
- Enhance Employee Involvement, Engagement and commitment through intensive employee interaction, internal communication and employee events.
Required Education, Experience and Competencies
· Masters’ degree in Business Administration (HR) with 15 years of core HR experience including 5 years as Head of HR in a large organization. Experience in Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
· Candidate should possess strong knowledge and experience of critical and professional role of HR in a corporate business.
· International certification in HR will be an added advantage.
· S/he should have excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, decision making and problem solving abilities along with highest level of integrity and work ethics.
