Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administrative activities of the Hospital.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Ensure provision of safe and transport facility to the hospital staff
- Ensure timely repair and maintenance of the building.
- Oversee the security operations of the hospital.
- Develop security strategies, implement security procedures, and supervise security staff.
- Gather security intelligence and implement preventative measures.
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
- Plan and coordinate security operations throughout the hospital.
- Manage and maintain an efficient Emergency Response Team to respond to security emergencies in a timely manner.
Required Education, Experience and Competencies:
- Master’s degree preferably in Business Administration
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should possess extensive knowledge of surveillance techniques and experience in a similar role.
