JOB PURPOSE:
Manager Marketing is responsible for the marketing function at IMDC/ANTH. Responsible to creation and implementation of all elements of strategy and planning that enhances brand equity and assists IMDC/ANTH in achieving its objectives. To plan, develop, implement and measure IMDC’s marketing, communications and public relations activities, both external and internal, delivering measurable projects and campaigns on time, within budget and to a consistently high quality.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Devising and formulating Marketing Framework for IMDC/ANTH
Campaign development for current and new business development prospects
Responsible for all the activities related to social media marketing
Responsible for the event management
Responsible for all the activities related to media and communications
Ensure effective Agency relationships
Responsible for Brand Management
Building brand awareness and goodwill
Responsible for all the activities related to Above the line Marketing
Responsible for all the activities related to Below the Line Marketing
Preparing and managing marketing plan
Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities
Support in the development of marketing literature, and other supporting information for existing and prospective clients.
Creating awareness about IMDC/ANTH and ensuring quality coverage in leading print and electronic media by deriving maximum mileage from key IMDC/ANTH events, major achievements, projects and ongoing initiatives.
Forging and maintaining relations with key target media by organizing IMDC/ANTH visits and lining up press interviews of senior IMDC Organizing management.
Ensuring that all sort of coverage is maintained on the website & social pages.
Maintain social media accounts for brands, products, or services.
Assist in designing and developing marketing collateral and promotional materials
Identifying opportunities and platforms to project ANTH to strengthen awareness and derive maximum press mileage -e.g. major health seminars, conferences, or platforms to extract mileage from.
Monitor IMDC/ANTH website & Social Pages. Also, develop a strategy to get maximum hits.
Monthly activity report submission to Management.
Any other task assigned by the HOD / Management.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in Management Sciences properly in Marketing
8 to 10 Years’ experience in marketing
Possess Good knowledge and experience of branding
Good experience of designing marketing material
Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
Good Social Media skills
Good Networking and public relation skills.
Good negotiation skills
Possess basic financial management skills
