Job Purpose: The primary focus of this position is to complete hiring targets within deadline, creativity and staying current on innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques to achieve all elements of the recruiting cycle.
Main Responsibilities
· Manage sourcing and recruitment for throughout the Hospital
· Lead effective workforce planning and resourcing in coordination with the hiring managers.
· Work closely with all departments within the hospital to identify current and upcoming staff vacancies, and develop recruitment strategies and plans.
· Align and update recruitment policies and practices with organizational principles.
· Build a pipeline of talented people to sourcing new talent for key position vacancies.
· Develop and maintain data base of all critical positions in the Hospital.
· Standardize the recruitment process to ensure timely delivery of the services. This includes defining requirements for job postings, sourcing talent through creative means, building compensation offers aligned with the pay philosophy of the organization.
· Identify best channels for sourcing health professionals and management and administrative talent including internal job boards, professional associations, other job boards, social media, and recruitment events.
· Ensure compliance of hiring practices with legislation.
· Manage the budget for recruitment and talent management activities.
· Develop and implement employee engagement programs and activities.
· Other responsibilities as identified by the Supervisor
Essential education, Experience and competencies
· Master’s degree preferably in Human Resource Management
· 05 years of working experience in a reputed Hospital
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Good IT skills.
· Good Networking and public relation skills.
