Responsibilities & Duties as Customer Support Officer / eCommerce Officer :
- We required a person who can do multitasking i.e. chatting, emails, receive customer's phone calls, complaints and able to handle pressure.
- Proficient with MS Office/ Google Docs & Sheets extra
- Generating sales inquiries through calls, custom quote request forms, chats, and emails
- Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests extra
- Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with other departments like shipping & website management to make sure the customer receives the best experience.
- Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales, Possess Knowledge of Call Center Operations
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities
- The candidate must have Good Urdu & English communication skills both written and verbal along with a pleasant accent.
- Process orders and maintain proper google sheet for daily record keeping.
- Offer support and solution to customers in accordance with the company’s vision.
- Review orders daily for possible issues regarding order fulfillment, address issues, and fraud issues.
- Keep update website about all type of information all the time as ecommerce officer with regular data entry after coordination with relevant team members extra
