  • DrBake Pk a (SMC-Private) Limited Gift & E-commerce Company is looking for Experience & University Enrolled experienced Customer Service Representative & Data Entry/ Ecommerce officer who has good communication skills & writing Skills and should have relevant experience.
  • Candidates Interested in a part-time job for Evening Timing in Gulshan-e-ravi Office can apply which can turn into Full-time Job in future according to performance.

  • Students of BS, BBA Graduates BA (English/Urdu), MA (English/Urdu) as well as experienced professionals can apply, Experienced professionals will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Duties as Customer Support Officer / eCommerce Officer :

  • We required a person who can do multitasking i.e. chatting, emails, receive customer's phone calls, complaints and able to handle pressure. 
  • Proficient with MS Office/ Google Docs & Sheets extra
  • Generating sales inquiries through calls, custom quote request forms, chats, and emails
  • Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests extra
  • Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with other departments like shipping & website management to make sure the customer receives the best experience.
  • Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales, Possess Knowledge of Call Center Operations
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities
  • The candidate must have Good Urdu & English communication skills both written and verbal along with a pleasant accent.
  • Process orders and maintain proper google sheet for daily record keeping.
  • Offer support and solution to customers in accordance with the company’s vision.
  • Review orders daily for possible issues regarding order fulfillment, address issues, and fraud issues.
  • Keep update website about all type of information all the time as ecommerce officer with regular data entry after coordination with relevant team members extra
