We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Sales Executive to join our team for U.S Truck Dispatch Campaign. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by Cold-Calling and developing and managing relationships with truck companies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with truck companies, dispatchers, and owner-operators.
- Identify and pursuing new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling potential clients.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of dispatch services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dispatch sales, preferably in the trucking industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to network effectively
- Ability to understand and analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field preferred.
