Job summary: Assists sales manager in the sales promotion of the hotel. Liaison with front office .food and beverages and public relation departments in order to increase the revenue and customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists sales manager in forecasting, planning and organizing sale campaigns.
- Increases rooms and food beverage sales through regular personal calls on prospective and current clients.
- Maintains proper guest records and the efficient filling.
- Meet VIPS in the house to check on service and guest satisfaction.
- Envisage future events i.e National days of various countries. National holidays, Government seminars and moots and informs and assist sales manager to capture the business.
- Assists sales manager in the development and executing cost effective advertising campaigns relating to all marketable services and facilities in the hotel and the selection of the most efficient media for their distribution.
- Assists sales manger in developing and updating all in house advertising materials and displays.
- Assists sales manager in preparation of annual departmental budget
- Keeping a track of activities in town and inform sales manger to capture the business.
Responsible for maintenance and up keep of the hotels. Airport counters in close co-ordination with front office and house keeping department
