1. To ensure the maintenance and cleaning of every F&B service area and kitchen equipments.
2. Provide guidelines to the subordinates with respect to their duties and make sure that they are in accordance with the prescribed policies & procedures.
3. To achieve the targeted financial goals by minimizing costs without comprising on hygiene.
4. To ensure the timely supply of all the operating equipments and maintain the updated record of F&B Equipment Inventory Book in collaboration with the Store keeper.
5. To provide functional assistance at outlets when needed during peak periods.
6. To make sure that the Department is covered with staff during the operation.
7. To set standards for cleaning procedures as per company policies and coordinate them with store keeper and all the relevant areas personnel.
8. Responsible for the maintenance of F&B areas to be pest free all the time and proper administration and disposal of waste.
9. Supervises employees for the proper safety policies and ensure their implementation as well.
10. Investigate reports and maintain follow ups for any incident occurred.
