- We are looking for a driven and experienced 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 to join our growing team.
- In this position, you will be provided with the generated leads through direct marketing, social media, and other advertising techniques.
- You will be required to closed the interested clients via calls, emails and direct meeting.
- Also from the company, the sales agent will be awarded with the market competitive commission on each closed deal.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
- Maintain your real estate skills and knowledge.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Must have worked in real estate sales, call center, or any other sales-related experience.
- Must be in good standing with local Realtor.
- Experience with sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property.
