We are looking for a professional Assistant carries out administrative work on behalf of the CEO of company. the role of PA is to save CEO's time for organizing and administrative tasks so that he can spend maximum time on strategic tasks.
incumbent must possess following skills and qualities;
- Strong communication skills
- Command on MS Office
- Presentable
- Able to handle multiple tasks
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries
- Organizing meetings and appointments,
- Booking and arranging travels, transport and accommodation
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports and meeting minutes
- Excellent in english language, drafting emails and proof reading documents.
