Web Developer
A leading company is looking for an in-house Web Developer to manage our in-house brands and our clients. As an applicant, you must have a strong Wordpress SEO and web development skills.
The office is based in Bahria Town, Phase 4. As a Web Developer, you will be required to develop Wordpress, PHP websites, manage emails, landing pages, and social media advertising, campaigns, analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in productizing existing bespoke software application/solutions
- Strong skills in the application development cycle
- Full stack web application development with a variety of languages, frameworks and platforms including, but not limited to: Python, Javascript, HTML, AWS, MySQL, etc.
- Experience designing and implementing application architectures and code that is highly scalable, and secure
- Solid knowledge of relational databases, MySQL data stores, database design and querying
- Experience with version control systems and automated testing
- Experience in a SaaS environment a plus
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions;
- Knowledge of CTI & IVR Development would be advantageous
- Knowledge of IPCC platforms from Huawei, Avaya, Cisco would be advantageous
- Experience in Enterprise grade projects/products will be a big plus
- Experience with both Linux and Windows servers a plus
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.)
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content
- Running PPC campaigns & writing powerful CTAs to convert visitors
- Filling websites and other content with effective keywords
- Developing effective SEO strategy for blogs, websites and social media accounts & generating SEO traffic that converts in decent percentages
- Developing link building strategies, compiling SEO guidelines
- Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
- Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines
- Building demand and bringing traffic to the company brands website by using various channels, SEO, Social Media, organic & paid promotion and working on new brands of the company with the seniors
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Polyvore, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
- Create shareable & appropriate for specific networks to spread brand
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
- Work alongside other marketers & content marketers to help distribute content that educates & entertains our audience & supports the goals
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network
- Explore new ways to engage & reach our target buyers
- Ensure achieving all your KPIs and your team’s KPIs where necessary
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media engagement campaigns, paid campaigns and manage the ROI
- Any other task assigned by the line manager
