As a ‘Commercial Recruitment Specialist’ you will be responsible for searching, screening and approaching of high-quality professionals for our various Key Accounts. You will be actively recruiting for vacancies across the globe, so you can really put all your creativity and innovative ideas into this job; that gives you energy!
· Searching and screening candidates based on the requirements from the internal Business Consultants and from the Key Accounts (eg by means of sourcing on LinkedIn);
· Actively approaching relevant candidates;
· Performing a first meeting to sketch a better candidate profile;
· Writing recruiting texts in order to attract the right target group and thereby manage the job boards;
· Publishing vacancies/assignments through LinkedIn / Website;
· Stay informed of what the current candidate market looks like and always be one step ahead of the competition.
