Dtech system is currently looking to hire Sr. PHP Laravel developers, an ideal candidate must be dedicated to his/her craft, takes pride in the code he/she writes, and can hit the ground running. He/she must possess exceptional leadership & decision making skills along with the technical skills as the role is going to be a leading role which requires a great deal of team management.

Job Description:

• Strong command on PHP (latest version) and Laravel Framework (latest version), strong command of MySQL to ensure the best application performance
• Must be a good database engineer, who is also able to develop complex SQL statements.
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of AWS along with an exceptional grip on MVC design patterns
• Must be a pro in utilization and implementation of tools like vue.js, Bajisto, codeigniter etc
• Must have hands on practice on code versioning tools such as Github & Bitbucket
• In depth knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and Laravel 6/7 Framework.
• Expertise in dealing with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Exceptional understanding of front end technologies such as Javascript, HTML 5, & CSS.
• Must possess the art of designing innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team
• Hands on experience with SQL schema design, SQL Normalization, REST API designs
• Sound knowledge about API integration through plugins/custom integration.
• Must have experience on web programming (React JS,JSON, JQuery & Ajax).
• Developing user-facing applications using Vue.js (Vue.js is MUST)
• Must be capable of implementing suitable application’s architecture & design from scratch
• Must be capable of delivering end-to-end products starting from Requirements Analysis, to Development, Deployment, and customer satisfaction
• Must have the reasonable understanding of open source projects like Word press, Joomla, Drupal, Open Cart, Magento, etc
• Knowledge & experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, PayPal, eBay etc) would be an added advantage

Major Responsibilities:

• Work on a daily basis as a bridge between the management and team for task and deadline management and delivering on project milestones. Will take responsibility and accountability to take the application development forward in the required time-to-market
• Mentor and coach team in their programming/coding approach, code reviews, code optimization, quality enhancement checks
• Handle assigned complex tasks independently at fast-pace and with high quality, both design and development using Agile development methodology
• Analyze and understand the end product requirements and specs in terms of functionality, usability, and reliability and implement it as-is
• Experience with multiple levels of software architecture, including user interface, business logic, data access, database, security, and analytics
• Review code for technical accuracy, performance, standards, and functional compliance to the design
• Fulfill administrative and status reporting requirements and other tasks as assigned by the management
• Problem-solving and issue resolution by making concise and informed decisions
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects from inception to project release

Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Sciences
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience within PHP/ Laravel development (Frontend, Backend and APIs)
• Experience leading teams (domestic, overseas and remote-based) enterprise-wide development initiatives
• Self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment and hands-on experience with agile methodologies
• Strong sense of personal accountability; contributes beyond job role and responsibilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and self-directed
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into simple software solutions
• Passionate about continuously improving organizational practices
• Full lifecycle development experience on websites including APIs, Admin Panels and CMS
