- About the position
- Dtech system is currently looking to hire a Word press developer.
- The ideal candidate will efficiently and quickly write in a timely and scalable way in order to improve the code-base of the company's products in meaningful ways.
- The candidate will be able to test the code and make adjustments where necessary.
- He should also have experience in contributing to the whole software design lifecycle.
- WordPress backend coding experience is a must for this position
Responsibilities:
- Write clean yet well-designed code
- Troubleshoot and test core product software to ensure strong optimization
- PSD to WordPress OR HTML to WordPress
- WordPress plugin and theme development/customization
- Solid grip in OOP and functional programming
- Good experience in designing database architecture
- Knowledge of playing with DIV based HTML/CSS layouts
- Website speed optimization, E-commerce integration
- Knowledge of social media integration will be considered a plus
- Ability to create plugins, widgets and complex themes
Qualifications & Skills:
- MS/BCS/BS in software engineering or IT or equivalent or diploma or certification
- At least 2 years of experience within the same capacity
- Word press, Agile development, PHP, MySQL, AJAX, HTML, CSS
