Job Summary:
The branch Manager will be responsible to achieve overall the success of the branch through exceptional leadership, customer experience and people management skills. BM, will ensure full compliance with operational risk management policies and procedures with a problem-solving approach.
Major Duties & Responsibilities to perform the Role
Accountabilities:
- BMs will lead the branch team and ensure that each member of the team delivers an exceptional customer experience
- As branch leader, BM will identify new talent and hire staff on need basis
- BM will be responsible to develop branch activities, coach the team and inspire to perform at their best BM to find and help right target marker and help sales team to generate deposits and business opportunities
- BM will trigger revenue growth and take accountability for results
Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
- Lead by example and show branch team how to deepen customer relationships
- Strive hard to develop new and existing customer relationships
- Oversee customer complaint resolution process and quickly resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary
Result Driven Activities:
- Monitor on daily basis branch business performance
- Develop action plans into place to close any gaps
- Work with partners to seize market opportunities
- Improve branch overall performance
People Leadership:
- Lead and coach branch team to drive success and achieve results on weekly/monthly/half yearly/yearly basis
- Provide training opportunities to employees
- Ensure that every employee has right kind of knowledge to deliver as per their JDs and perform to maximum potential
Operations and Regulators:
- Ensure compliance with operational risk management policies and procedures is implemented in letter and spirit.
Relevant Experience: 01 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, or higher
