I.T Officer is responsible to assist Manager MIS. Monitoring Network , , Installation of windows with miscellanies software’s , Retail Pro & I.T support to Head Office all department & all Branches. CCTV Camera Monitoring Installation. Attendance Machine installation & configuration
- Responsible to Installation laptop Windows & Software’s
- Responsible to Installation of Antivirus & Office /Misc. software’s
- Responsible to Installation of Retail Pro Servers of Branches.
- Responsible to Installation of Retail Pro Prism Client /Retail Pro v9 Client.
- Responsible to Get Backup off users (Email & Miscellanies data).
- Responsible to Monitoring Network & Resolve issue.
- Responsible to POS Installation with all Accessories (Thermal Printer / Cash Draw /barcode Scanner)
- Responsible to Retail Pro Prism Configuration with all hardware like cash draw printer etc.
- Responsible to configure Outlook Email of users.
- Responsible to Installation of Antivirus & updates and monitor on daily basis.
- Responsible to Install & Configure Attendance machine with Enrolling Users
- Responsible to Installation of CCTV camera Network Recorder at Managers site & Head Office Users
- Responsible to fetch recording of NVR.
- Configure & Manage WIFI Network
- Configure CISCO Switches of Branches & Head office
- Diagnose & Resolving issue of Software & Hardware
- Managing Stocks of IT Equipment.
- Responsible to Support All stores & Head Office users.
- Managing Network Rack of Stores & Head Office.
