Effectively understand and translate business requirements and needs to the necessary Business Requirement Document
Gather and create business and user requirements for projects (large) and enhancements (small)
Develop various artifacts and project deliverables (i.e. Project Proposals, Business Cases, Business Requirements Documents, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, Process Flows, Use Cases, traceability matrix).
Validate requirements and solution design

Experience in System Analyst and Programming with the minimum 6+ years of professional software development experience, including 4 years C# and Microsoft.NET in a medium to large scale web application development environment.
Experienced database developer
Ability to work in Waterfall and Agile development environment
A self-starter who is motivated to take ownership of projects and drive tasks to completion.
