Job Description

An outsourcing company is looking for IT Helpdesk Support / ERP Data Managment/Entry / MS Office Support role. The role will be based in Lahore Job timings 6 PM to 2 AM – Monday to Friday

Job description

  • Manage Salesforce and sales force based ERP system admin function
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the remote connectivity, phone or email
  • Manage office 365, Slack, Teams, Salesforce and other subscriptions and users admin accounts management
  • Handle cloud management, Microsoft one drive
  • Provide basic MS office, Outlook, Word, Excel assistant
  • Manage company cyber security
  • Manager new users setup, laptops, software and disconnection of services upon employee changes
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • Manage online filing and enter data in cloud based ERP in difficult modules such as receiving, accounts payable, accounts receivable (training will be provided)
  • Download data dump from ERP to perform analysis
  • Experience in sales force platform and reporting a big plus

Requirements

  • Proven 5 to 10 years’ experience as a IT help desk support
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Proficiency in English both written and verbal (role will require communication with USA based clients)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
