- Arranging MBL and HBL Formats with mandatory Documents including GD and Bank documents from Clients & Customers.
- Prepare House BLs & MBL Drafts.
- Handling co-load shipment from start to end including arranging and finalizing the BL’s.
- Scan the relevant Documents in Software (Job & Console wise).
- Submit relevant Original Docs to Carriers & Co-Loaders.
- Dispatching to relevant branch in case of up-country BL and informing branch via email with details of bank documents and payment invoice.
- Update Collaborative Monitoring Sheet with respect to own JD.
