- Reconciliation of customer accounts (within A/R domain).
- Monitoring of debtor balances to reduce DSO.
- Follow up closely with credit customers proactively.
- Close coordination with all stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
- Executing ongoing approved adjustments and entries in the system.
- Ensuring the customer’s SOA is being delivered to all the relevant parties.
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
- Posting and allocating daily receipts in the accounting system.
- Escalate delinquent cases immediately and preparation of slow-moving accounts forecast.
- Liaise closely with the cross-functional units to ensure a smooth OTC process.
