Qualification:
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience. M.Sc. degree is preferable. The candidate must have more than seven years of experience in structural design of lattice towers and foundations and shall be able to train new engineers in these fields.
The candidate is expected to deliver capacity building training for in-class and on the job training in DABS premises in Kabul city of Afghanistan. The training will be carried out in a daily basis in several batches for specific number of trainees. The candidate is expected to train the new engineers using practical approaches and complementary theoretical material when needed. The training is designed as full day classes.
Some necessary software skills are PLS-CAD, PLS-POLE/STEEL for analysis and design of steel poles and PLS-POLE/CONCRETE for analysis and design of concrete poles
