Job Brief

  • As an HR & Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • You will support management and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.


  • Perform day to day HR related tasks responsibly
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Maintain employees records properly
  • Manage the recruitment process which involves scheduling of the interviews and coordination with them
  • Assist in promotion of the job openings on various social media platforms
  • Handle the employees requests related to companies rules and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
  • Assist in handling complaints and grievance procedures
  • Conduct welcome orientation of newly hired employees


  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration or a related subject
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skill
  • Ability to multi-task & work independently with little direction
  • Hard-working, determined and result-oriented
  • Proven HR related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
