DynamoLogic Solutions is a veteran Software Services Provider based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter (Hybrid) who is familiar with the hiring process in tech companies. The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for tech and non-tech positions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (job posts, screening, pre-employment tests, interviews, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and Technical Specialists to understand the requirements of the roles to be filled
  • Identify and work on the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting technical and non-technical candidates
  • Create and post recruitment advertisements in the most effective digital platforms for open positions (Facebook, LinkedIn, Rozee, etc.)
  • Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications by reviewing their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication against established criteria
  • Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications
  • Maintain and timely update recruitment status and notes in the company's recruitment records
  • Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management
  • Vet potential employees' credentials
  • Facilitate contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace
  • Coordinate with Universities and other potential talent sources to strengthen the talent pipeline
  • ·       Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 6 months as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards (Rozee, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Proficient in the use of technologies used in recruitment (MS Excel, Google Sheets, HRIS, etc.)
  • Tech Savvy - must have an interest in learning and trying new tools to automate the recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MBA in business administration, human resources, or relevant field from a reputable university
