Job Description

e-BizSoft is currently looking for an experienced Technical Customer Support Representative for its Lahore Office to provide support for the customers of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and master the company’s products and services through training and hands-on usage.
  • Provide customer support to clients via various communications tools including email, phone, or live chat.
  • Troubleshoot products installation and minor issues with the products.
  • Provide demonstrations of services and products offered by e-BizSoft.
  • Interface with the internal teams including product development, quality assurance and management to communicate support incidents that require upstream attention and/or resolution.
  • Document incidents as well as other deliverables such as help files, FAQ, online help, knowledge bases, etc.
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position
  • Basic experience with software programming concepts (including databases, user interfaces, websites and webpages)
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Windows efficiently to be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot products and their underlying and associated software components
  • Must be proficient in English written and spoken language.
