e-BizSoft is looking for a technical product support engineer for the Karachi office.
- The candidate will work in the support team dealing with day to day support tasks for e-BizSoft product and services.
- The support will require trouble shooting, product deployment, light development activities, including debugging of applications code, interacting with clients.
The working hours will 9:00 AM US EST (5:00 PM PK) to 5 PM US EST (3 AM PK).
- The right candidate should have technical background a min of 2 yrs. experience in software development.
- The other important attributes are client interaction and communication skills (both oral and verbal).
- Must speak fluent English.
- The candidate must be able to work with deadlines, maintain the SLA, be a team player, and possess excellent customer facing skills.
