e-BizSoft is looking for a technical product support engineer for the Karachi office. The candidate will work in the support team dealing with day to day support tasks for e-BizSoft product and services.  

The support will require trouble shooting, product deployment, light development activities, including debugging of applications code, interacting with clients.

The working hours will 9:00 AM US EST (5:00 PM PK) to 5 PM US EST (3 AM PK).

  • The right candidate should have technical background a min of 2 yrs. experience in software development. The other important attributes are client interaction and communication skills (both oral and verbal). Must speak fluent English.
  • The candidate must be able to work with deadlines, maintain the SLA, be a team player, and possess excellent customer facing skills.
  • Candidate must be able to adopt in solving new problems. Candidate will use rigorous logic and methods, to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, probes all sources for answers, see hidden problems, and provide analysis.

The candidate must look beyond the obvious and cannot stop at the first answers.

  • Manage customer general queries
  • Obtain and continuously maintain knowledge about products functionality
  • Obtain and maintain mastery in product deployments, doing deployment drills on new releases, attending training sessions
  • Resolve simple customization requests from the customers
  • Coordinate with product development team in resolving issues and product enhancement requests.
