E-Commerce Store Manager (Daraz, OLX & Website)

We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage and operate our online sales channels, with a primary focus on Daraz Seller Center, along with OLX listings and our own website store. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in e-commerce operations and be capable of efficiently handling product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across Daraz, OLX, and the company website, ensuring accuracy and appealing presentation.
- Maintain accurate stock levels by working closely with the warehouse team to coordinate timely replenishment.
- Oversee order processing, including invoicing and dispatch, to ensure prompt and error-free delivery.
- Collaborate with courier partners to facilitate smooth deliveries and efficiently handle returns.
- Manage return cases, process refunds, and address customer complaints professionally to uphold customer satisfaction.
- Prepare basic sales and performance reports to monitor operational effectiveness and support management decisions.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Daraz Seller Center is mandatory.
- Two to three years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, including order processing, returns management, and courier coordination.
- Familiarity with managing OLX listings and basic website store operations.
- Strong organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time, in-person position.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs45,000, depending on experience and skills.
