E-Commerce Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as E-commerce Trainees. This entry-level role offers a structured two-month training program designed to provide hands-on experience in e-commerce operations. No prior experience is required, but candidates should have a genuine interest in the e-commerce industry and strong English communication skills. This position is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills and grow within a dynamic sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings across multiple online marketplaces
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment processes
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
- Ensure product data accuracy and timely updates on the website
- Learn and apply basic SEO techniques to improve product visibility

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are preferred; however, candidates with Matric or Intermediate qualifications may be considered if they demonstrate excellent English proficiency
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Residency in Rawalpindi or Islamabad is mandatory
- Willingness to work evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM
- Availability for full-time work with no concurrent enrollment in any degree program
