Job Overview:
ESTAKZ is immediately seeking full-time, highly skilled Call Center Associates to join our fast-growing customer service department. This position reports directly to the Manager and is responsible for providing great customer service to our clients.NO SELLING REQUIRED!
Education & Experience Required:
- You MUST have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science. Computer science is preferred.
- You MUST have 2-3 years of experience in International call center seating.
- You MUST know English very well. Confident in speaking, writing and reading.
- You MUST be excellent with computers and Ms-Office with a typing speed of minimum 50 wpm.
- You MUST be reliable with your own transportation.
- You MUST be willing to work Afternoon & Evening shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide extraordinary customer service to our callers in the healthcare industry.
- Call and remind patients about their upcoming appointments with the doctors.
- That’s all! You ONLY have these two job duties. NO SELLING REQUIRED!
Monthly Salary Package:
- We are offering a base monthly salary between PKR: 50,000 and PKR: 75,000.
- There are huge opportunities to make commissions and incentives in this job.
