  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed- Perform clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and document handling
  • Support administrative operations and assist with daily office tasks
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area to ensure a professional company image

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be presentable and well-groomed
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in reception, administration, or customer service- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
