Responsibilities for a Business Analyst role includes:
- Assist the Business Unit Leader in developing tactical and strategic product, services and/or programs to support the business unit’s goals (financial, quality, production, operational efficiency, etc.)
- Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed lead analytics while providing suggestions to improve lead optimization and performance.
- Coordinates with internal quality assurance and compliance departments to facilitate call monitoring and lead optimizations.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data systems.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, optimize statistical efficiency and data quality and provide ongoing reports. Complete projects that require data mining, analysis, and presentation
- Prepare reports and dashboards (financial, quality, production and operational efficiency, etc.) to track remediation of issues on ongoing basis.
- Analyze the business unit’s activities, trends and compares analyses against the service standards and best practices. Present findings and works with the Business Unit Leader and other personnel to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals.
- Analyze trends and recommends adjustments address and/or capitalize on trends.
Required Skills:
- Must have strong analytical skills.
- Expert proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel and comfort with large data sets.
- Outgoing personality and ability to work diverse teams.
- Strong initiative and self-discipline.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Well organized with attention to detail and result oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Readiness to work closely with multiple departments and people.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure work environment.
