Our company is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing offshore recruitment team. On this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. A modern recruiter is one who is targeted, builds relationships and knows how to not only find candidates but also get them to respond. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Coordinate technical interviews with IT teams; gather the feedback and follow-up with candidates
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze candidate's abilities

Requirements

  • 2+ year of proven work experience as an IT Recruiter (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
  • Minimum 4 years of proven work experience hiring for technical roles in EU countries.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
