- Provide accurate rate quotes to customers while maintaining profitability and transparency.
- Manage all shipment documentation including bills of lading, contracts, and compliance forms.
- Process billing accurately and promptly for all shipments, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Utilize freight brokerage platforms to monitor shipments, track loads, and maintain communication.
- Ensure all shipments comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
